The Wedding Spark provides a web-based gallery where wedding guests can upload photos, videos, and messages via a QR code. Couples pay a one-time fee for a fixed hosting period.
You own everything you upload. We don't claim rights to your photos, videos, or messages. We host them for the duration of your gallery's active period.
Don't upload illegal content, spam, or material you don't have permission to share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to ban abusive users.
Payment is one-time and non-recurring. If you're unhappy with the service before your wedding date, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After the wedding event, no refunds are issued.
Your gallery is hosted for 6 months from purchase. We send email reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiry. After expiry, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We do our best to keep your files safe, but we are not liable for data loss beyond the service fee paid. We strongly recommend downloading your gallery ZIP as a backup.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
