Who we are

The Wedding Spark ("we", "us") operates theweddingspark.com. We help couples collect guest photos and videos from their wedding day.

What we collect

• Couples: name, email address, payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never see your card number).
• Guests: the files they upload (photos, videos), an optional display name, and a truncated IP address kept temporarily for abuse prevention. No account or email required.

How we use it

To provide the service: host your gallery, process uploads, send transactional emails (gallery ready, expiry reminders). We do not sell data, show ads, or share information with third parties except as needed to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment processing).

Storage & retention

Gallery files are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2). After your gallery's hosting period ends, we delete all files within 30 days. You can download everything as a ZIP before that.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session, CSRF protection). No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies from third parties.
