The Wedding Spark is a one-time purchase for a fixed hosting period (currently 6 months). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
If you are unhappy with the service before your wedding date, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We process eligible refunds through our payment provider, Creem.
Once your wedding event has taken place, no refunds are issued. Your gallery remains available for the full hosting period included in your purchase.
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Include your purchase date and, if helpful, your wedding date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve most issues directly and much faster.
